Empowering the Next Generation of Māori Rugby Leaders

At Nexus Performance, we are proud to support the development of Māori rugby players and coaches, combining technical training with Māori values such as whanaungatanga (relationships), manaakitanga (hospitality), rangatiratanga (leadership), and kaitiakitanga (guardianship).

Our Māori Rugby Program focuses on providing training, leadership development, and cultural immersion, ensuring that participants grow in every aspect of their life, both on and off the field.

Program Overview:

  • Cultural Immersion: Participants will experience Māori culture first-hand through workshops, storytelling, and cultural activities.

  • Rugby Skills Development: On-field coaching from world-class coaches, integrating Māori values into rugby training.

  • Leadership & Personal Growth: Participants will develop leadership qualities, mental resilience, and emotional intelligence.
